How long does shipping take?

US orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Transit time depends on your location and carrier — usually 5–10 business days total.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we’re focused on US delivery to keep costs down and quality up. International coming soon.

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on eligible orders — check product pages for details.

What’s your return window?

30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info.bellax@gmail.com with your order number and a quick reason. We’ll send a prepaid label if eligible.

Are sizes true to size?

Each product page lists measurements when available. When in doubt, size up — it’s easier to tailor down than up.

Are your products vegan/cruelty-free?

We highlight clean formulas where possible. Check individual product details for certifications.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay via Shopify Checkout.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. We never store your full card details.
